L. Ceionius Commodus, was adopted by Hadrian, A.D. 136, when he took the name of L. Aelius Verus Caesar. He died of tuberculosis the 1st of january, 138. His son Lucius Verus, was a colleague of Antoninus Pius in the empire.

US
